Building Associate/Site Supervisor

Our client is a leading integrated construction company with a combined 40 years’ experience in the building industry, and an ever-growing portfolio of projects around NSW and QLD. They are looking for a Building Associate/Site Supervisor.

Your duties will include and not be limited to the following:

• Site supervision
• Organise materials, supervision of contractors and employees
• Ensure workplace health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
• Providing assistance to Construction Managers, Architects and Surveyors in planning and organisation
• Interpreting, preparing, drawing, editing and revising drawings, plans and blue prints
• Interpreting building codes and building regulations
• Coordinating works programs
• Inspection of work and materials to ensure it meets compliance regarding specifications, regulations and standards
• Cost calculations and estimating timelines
• Data collection for surveying instruments and photogrammetric equipment
• Computations and plotting data

Requirements for the role:

AQF Diploma in Building and Construction, Business, or similar

At least 3 years of relevant construction supervisory experience

Leadership and management capabilities

Effective Time management

Salary:

Pay rate $100,000 per annum + superannuation
