Full-time role
We was established in 1996 and numerous projects have been completed in the home
improvement market, new homes and high-rise buildings.
Due to fast growth, we are looking for an experienced full-time accountant to join our team to support us to manage all accounts, payroll, taxation and other financial commitments across the business. This role will involve the following duties but not limited to:


The Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing the monthly financial reporting and statement analysis and budgeting for
    management team
  • Assisting in preparation of full set of financial statements including Profit & Loss and
    Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements and company tax returns
  • Informing management and compiling reports on cash flow forecasts and risk assessment
  • Balance sheet review-ensure that all the funds are within the balance sheet account,
    ending balances agrees with the general ledger, ending balances are substantiated with supporting documents, all activity is appropriate and reasonable
  • Analyzing the driver and variance of company expenses against the budget and providing insight of cost of doing business

  • Researching, tracking and restoring accounting or documentation problems and
  • Overseeing the accounting procedures and processes to make sure sound internal control is well maintained
  • Providing forecasting for business investment activities and supporting directors making financial decisions
  • Providing accounting advice in terms of necessary standards, procedures and applicable law
  • Maintaining the licence of accounting software program (Myob) and liaising with external technicians to ensure the software runs smoothly
  • Providing all-round accounting support to the management team

Experience required:

  • Experience and knowledge of factory related with building materials
  • At least 2 years’ experience on proven accounting experience, ideally with exposure to a broad range of accounting tasks
  • Be Familiar with accounting procedures
  • Experience in communicating with all levels of an organization, clients and suppliers
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multitasks.

Skills required:

  • Bachelor above degree of Australian qualification in Accounting mandatory
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Proficiency English and Mandarin-IELTS or PTE result may be required
  • Proficiency on MYOB accounting system

Working hour is from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and possibly some extra work is required at
