We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Sous Chef to lead a small team with the support of the Executive Chef. You will have the opportunity to play a key part in the design and execution of new and innovative dining concepts, as well as building and mentoring a tight-knit and passionate team of chefs. You will work alongside the Sous Chef of our Bespoke Wine Bar & Kitchen to operate the kitchen efficiently
I'm looking for someone with some serious cooking experience and something of similar calibre as gimlet.
Preferably some European Michelin star experience.
Your skills and experience:
Trade qualified Chef (5+ years experience).
Experience working in a fine dining establishment (hatted, Michelin star or equivalent).
Keen interest in wine.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience in managing kitchen brigades.
An understanding of implementing menu and restaurant packages.
Ability to work with business processes and systems.
