They are currently recruiting for experienced Mobile Plant Operators who are highly motivated, and enthusiastic individuals. You will report directly to the Farm Manager and be responsible for operating modern harvesters, tractors, and other mobile equipment to ensure the produce maintains optimum quality during each stage of the ground preparation, growing, harvesting and delivery process. The successful applicants will have farm experience in similar roles.

Your tasks will include

• Set up, position, adjust and safely operate mobile plant machinery
• Operate self-propelled and tractor drawn plant to plough, plant, cultivate and harvest crops
• Service, lubricate, clean and refuel mobile plant machinery
• Perform minor repairs on mobile plant equipment and machinery
• Maintain workplace, health and safety standards and to adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

About You

You will need 

An AQF certificate II or equivalent or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Be well organised, with outstanding time management skills.

Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000 pa + superannuation depending on experience and qualifications
