Hotel accommodation General Manager
Situated in the heart of Shepperton

In this position, you will draw on your passion, initiative, drive and strategic approach to deliver a great product for our guests. You will have previous Senior hotel management with rooms/ accommodation experience in Australia,

and food & beverage experience, alongside a passion for leading from the front and empowering your team to succeed.

You will have overall accountability for the day-to-day profitability, presentation and operation of an entire property, including the Food & Beverage department. You will be responsible for both Body Corporate and guest relations within the property as well as coaching, developing and managing the property team to reach their highest potential.

You will be responsible for making strategic decisions relating to increasing RevPAR for the company through collating and analysing data as required.

We are looking for a positive person with high standards and an ability to build a team to run the business at its optimum efficiency.



Successful applicants will have the below experience:

  • Operational and financial management experience within a Hotel and Food & Beverage environment
  • Strategic business acumen and commercial reality
  • A proven track record of maintaining excellent product and service standards whilst maximising revenue and minimising expenses
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships with guests, owners and staff
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
  • Ability to build, maintain and seek new opportunities / partnerships within the local market
  • Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated strategic and operational leadership experience with a strong presence and be able to drive a culture of accountability and promote staff engagement
  • A positive and energetic attitude.

$85-$90K base plus accommodation on site (3 bedroom furnished apartment) and $25K per annum bonus scheme upon meeting profitability and some other key KPIS (made up of $1500 month / $7000 per annum).
