We are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join this dynamic team. As a Sous Chef you will work in conjunction with the head Chef and Front of House Management to ensure the day to day running of the kitchen while maintaining high quality standards and presentation, while delivering a dining experience to the customers.
To be considered for this role you must process the following attributes:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and at least 3 years’ experience. Nationally accredited Food Handlers Certificate Coordinate high levels of service daily Ability to keep calm in a high-pressure environment Assisting the Head Chef in planning menus, monitoring, and maintaining wage costs and budgets. Develop function menus and lead service Purchasing stock while maintaining budgets Maintain ongoing development and training of staff Strong communication skills Ability to meet and maintain WH&S policies and procedures in all parts of the hotel. Maintain high standards at all times.
This is a fulltime position with salary of $80,000 + superannuation.
