CNC Machinist/Programmer
(Sponsorship Available) Mildura, VIC

  • Salary of between $60k - $70k plus superannuation

 

An outstanding opportunity awaits you! Our Client, located in Mildura, VIC are looking for a full-time CNC Machinist/Programmer.

About the Role ...

 

A well established local company who can design, manufacture and produce almost any piece of equipment or machinery desired. Designs can come from standard templates, or be create from a custom idea.

  • Full 3D drafting – allowing for visualization of the end product. Also providing stress analysis of the design
  • Electrical Design – from basic trailers up to complex harvesting machines, a electrical control circuit can be designed
  • PLC progamming – CAN and similar mobile PLC programming
  • Machining Area – full equipped to produce any machined items, complex or simple.
  • Hydraulic Design – with access to all the latest hydraulic component, LEAD can design and implement new or existing systems.

 

 

About you …

 

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer and have experience in lean manufacturing, concept and detail design for manufacture. You must be a self-motivated team player.

 

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following: 

 

  • Trade or Engineering qualifications,
  • CAD/CAM skills with ability to program milling and turning centres,
  • 4 and 5-axis Machining Centre experience,
  • Mill/Turn Machine experience
  • FANUC and Heidenhain Programming skills,
  • High attention to detail,
  • Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings,
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • A minimum of 5 year’s direct experience and proficiency utilising CAD/CAM in the fabrication of components
  • Experience in Digital Product Definition,
  • Experience in checking and clash detection
