Our client is an award-winning Hotel Group including a prestigious Chef's Hat, AGFG.

We are looking for high calibre Chefs to join their culinary focused group and to work with an outstanding team of industry professionals.

ABOUT YOU:
Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery
Relevant experience in a premium restaurant/banquet kitchen
Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine
Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP
Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required within a rotating roster
Well presented, punctual and reliable

Ability to keep your section clean and organized with a good understanding of work flow and structure
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
A passion for quality food and produce
Own transport required - mileage and accommodation assistance provided

Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000 per annum +super
