ABOUT YOU: Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery Relevant experience in a premium restaurant/banquet kitchen Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required within a rotating roster Well presented, punctual and reliable
Ability to keep your section clean and organized with a good understanding of work flow and structure Ability to prioritize and work under pressure A passion for quality food and produce Own transport required - mileage and accommodation assistance provided
