Project Administrator * Specialist Stone Fabricators for Working Surfaces in Kitchens/Bathrooms/Laundries * Perm full-time role
We were established in 1996 and numerous projects have been completed in the home improvement market, new homes and high-rise buildings. Due to fast growth, we are looking for an experienced full-time Project Administrator to join our team to assist and support us to manage all projects across the business. This role will involve the following duties but not limited to:
The Key responsibilities: * Communicate with customers about project, counter top measurement, installation process and resolve any concerns or issues with customers satisfaction and company standards * Brainstorm with team members and customers to develop creative ideas for stone design * Work alongside contractors, designer, site builders, carpenters and other creative players when working on the projects * Assemble appropriate staff team for manufacture, delivery and installation * Plan and organize production schedules and all other relevant paperwork * Prepare project management plans, supervise budget reports * Set and manage project time lines * Oversee work progress and report on variations to work orders * Prepare and review project brief and evaluation * Collect and analyze data associated with project undertaken, and report project outcomes
Experience required: * Experience and knowledge of factory related with building materials * Demonstrated exposure to job costing, purchasing and accounts ideally within the construction industry * Ability to organize and priorities tasks whilst under pressure and to meet deadlines. * At least 3 years’ experience on proven project administrator experience, ideally with exposure to a broad range of project tasks .
Skills required * Bachelor degree of Australian qualification * Advanced skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and auto CAD * Clear verbal and written communication and ability to communicate effectively at all levels * Fluent Mandarin will be a plus

It’s preferred the applicant has own transportation as this role is based at Revesby (no train nearby). Working hour is from 8:00am to 4:30pm,and possibly some extra work is required at weekend.
